We offer Parkour classes for athletes of all ages, starting as young as 3 years old. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or you’re an elite athlete looking to refine your skills, we have the right program for you!
Our Parkour programs focus on individual growth, skill development, and, most importantly, having fun while perfecting your techniques. Each class is designed to challenge athletes at their own pace, helping them achieve their personal best.

Parkour Essentials: Foundation Classes
In our Parkour Essentials classes, students will build a strong foundation in Parkour, learning the essential skills needed to safely and confidently explore movement. These sessions are ideal for new students or those recommended by coaches to continue refining their Level One abilities.
What You’ll Learn:
For Beginners: New students will start with the basics, focusing on safety and foundational movements to prepare them for more complex techniques in the future.
For Returning Athletes: Returning students will build on the skills they’ve already mastered, advancing their techniques and expanding their movement repertoire.

Overview: For those who have mastered the basics and are ready to push their skills further, this advanced class will take your flipping and tricking to the next level. You’ll work on perfecting your inversions, learning to connect various flipping techniques smoothly, and adding twists to your flips for more complex maneuvers.

It allows your athlete to enjoy Parkour classes whenever they’re in town, without the need to commit to a regular schedule. Our custom-built gym is equipped with exciting carved wooden obstacle courses, specialty Parkour equipment, and a fun two-story climbing structure. Kids will have a blast learning Parkour skills, including tumbling, jumps, and balancing on pipes—no prior athletic experience required!
