ABOUT OUR PARKOUR PROGRAMS

We offer Parkour classes for athletes of all ages, starting as young as 3 years old. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or you’re an elite athlete looking to refine your skills, we have the right program for you!

Our Parkour programs focus on individual growth, skill development, and, most importantly, having fun while perfecting your techniques. Each class is designed to challenge athletes at their own pace, helping them achieve their personal best.

Throughout the season, we provide athlete assessments to track progress and ensure that each participant is reaching their goals.

Parkour Essentials: Foundation Classes

In our Parkour Essentials classes, students will build a strong foundation in Parkour, learning the essential skills needed to safely and confidently explore movement. These sessions are ideal for new students or those recommended by coaches to continue refining their Level One abilities.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Safe Jumping & Landing: Techniques to control and land jumps with precision.
  • Rolling: Mastering rolls to minimize impact and enhance flow.
  • Vaulting: Learning how to vault over obstacles with ease.
  • Motor Function Development: Strengthening basic motor skills to improve overall agility and coordination.

For Beginners: New students will start with the basics, focusing on safety and foundational movements to prepare them for more complex techniques in the future.

For Returning Athletes: Returning students will build on the skills they’ve already mastered, advancing their techniques and expanding their movement repertoire.

Our Approach: Our Parkour program is centered on individual growth, skill development, and fun. We aim to create an environment where athletes can perfect their skills at their own pace while enjoying the process.

FLIPS AND TRICKS CLASSES

What You’ll Learn:

  • Basic Flipping Techniques: Learn the essentials of front flips, backflips, and side flips with a strong emphasis on safety and proper form.
  • Tricking Basics: Introduction to simple tricks such as cartwheels, round-offs, and the beginnings of aerials.
  • Body Awareness: Develop spatial awareness and body control, critical for executing flips and tricks safely.
  • Strength & Flexibility: Engage in conditioning exercises that build the necessary strength and flexibility to perform flips and tricks effectively.
  • Progression Focus: Start with small, controlled movements and gradually build up to more dynamic actions as comfort and skill increase.

  • Parkour athletes looking to diversify their skills.
  • Individuals new to flipping and tricking who want to learn in a structured, supportive environment.
  • Athletes interested in building a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced techniques.

Advanced Class: Mastering Flipping & Tricking

Overview: For those who have mastered the basics and are ready to push their skills further, this advanced class will take your flipping and tricking to the next level. You’ll work on perfecting your inversions, learning to connect various flipping techniques smoothly, and adding twists to your flips for more complex maneuvers.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Advanced Inversions: Refine your backflips, front flips, and side flips, focusing on higher precision and control.
  • Connecting Techniques: Learn how to seamlessly combine different flips and tricks into fluid sequences, enhancing your parkour flow.
  • Twisting Techniques: Begin adding twists to your flips, such as full twists, half twists, and more, to increase the complexity and visual appeal of your movements.
  • Complex Tricking Combinations: Work on advanced tricking moves like aerial twists, gainers, and trick combos.
  • Dynamic Flow: Emphasize maintaining momentum and flow between different movements, a crucial aspect of high-level parkour and tricking.

SUMMER PUNCH PASSES FOR SALE!

Not sure if you can commit to specific weekly classes over the summer? The Punch Pass is the perfect solution! It allows your athlete to enjoy Parkour classes whenever they’re in town, without the need to commit to a regular schedule. Whether they want to take one class a week or more, the Punch Pass offers flexibility to fit your summer plans.

How to Use Your Punch Pass:

  1. Select Your Location: Before purchasing, make sure the location in the top right-hand corner of your portal is set to either the Abbotsford or Langley location.
  2. Purchase the Punch Pass: Once the pass is purchased, you’re ready to book classes!
  3. Find the Right Class: Browse through the available classes that match your athlete’s age group.
  4. Punch In: Use the Punch Pass to register for the class of your choice.

HOMESCHOOL CLASSES

Join us for 1.5 hours of fun, fitness, and friendship! Our homeschool classes are designed to help kids stay active, meet new friends, and learn new skills in a supportive environment. Running from September through June, these classes offer a variety of activities that cater to different interests and abilities.

What We Offer:

  • Physical Activity: Engage in exercises and games that promote fitness and well-being.
  • Skill Development: Learn new sports, activities, and teamwork skills.
  • Social Interaction: Make new friends and build confidence in a friendly setting.

Class Details:

  • Age Group: 5 years and up
  • Duration: 1.5 hours per session
  • Schedule: September through June
  • We Accept Distributed Funding!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Parkour Birthday Parties

Perfect for Ages 6 and Up!

Give your child a birthday to remember with a thrilling Parkour birthday party! Our custom-built gym is equipped with exciting carved wooden obstacle courses, specialty Parkour equipment, and a fun two-story climbing structure. Kids will have a blast learning Parkour skills, including tumbling, jumps, and balancing on pipes—no prior athletic experience required!

What’s Included:

  • Non-Members: $275 + tax | Members: $250 + tax
  • Total Guests: 12 athletes + 1 birthday guest of honor (13 total)
  • Additional Guests: $15 + GST per athlete (up to a maximum of 25 guests)
  • 1 Hour of Coaching: Enjoy a full hour with our experienced Parkour coaches, learning new skills and having fun in our gym.
  • Party Area: After the Parkour session, head over to our birthday party area to eat, open presents, and continue the celebration.
  • Extra Playtime: If time permits, guests can return to the Parkour area for supervised fun with our Elements Parkour Coaches.

Important Information:

  • Waivers: All guests must complete a waiver, which will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Waivers are also available at the front desk on the day of your party.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Whether you’re a member or a non-member, Elements Parkour offers private lessons designed to help athletes of all levels improve their skills. Some athletes need extra time and focused instruction to master specific techniques, and our private lessons provide the perfect environment for one-on-one training.

Private lessons offer the opportunity to work closely with an instructor, allowing athletes to concentrate on areas where they need the most improvement. These sessions are especially beneficial for those looking to enhance their strength, body control, and overall technique. By practicing more frequently under the guidance of a skilled coach, athletes can accelerate their progress and reach their tumbling and Parkour goals faster.
