Elements Parkour Policies

Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, or bank account on file.
  • Cash or debit is accepted only if valid payment information is on file for automatic withdrawal on the 1st of each month.
  • Athletes cannot participate in programs without valid payment details on file.


Fees & Penalties

  • NSF Fee: $30 for all declined payments.
  • Late Payment Fee: $25 will be applied to overdue accounts.
  • Payment info must be kept current by the account holder.


Annual Membership Fee

  • All athletes must pay a non-refundable annual $45 Parkour Membership Fee (valid September–August).
  • For July & August, the fee is $25 (only for new summer athletes).
  • This fee does not apply to camps, birthday parties, clinics, trial classes, private lessons, or open gyms.
  • Membership fees are added at registration by staff and apply to all class participants, including single-day enrolments.


Program Cancellations

  • Programs require sufficient registration to run.
  • If a program is canceled by Elements Parkour, you’ll be notified by email and fully refunded.
  • Elements Parkour reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration and suspend accounts at any time.


Birthday Parties

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations:
    • 14+ days before: 80% refund.
    • 7–13 days before: No refund on deposit.
    • Less than 7 days: No refund.


Tuition & Withdrawal

  • Tuition is due upon registration.
  • Withdrawals:
    • 7+ days before class or camp: 80% refund of training fees.
    • Less than 7 days before: No refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No prorating or make-up classes for missed sessions.


Private Lessons

  • Require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.


Refund Requests

  • Must be submitted via email to: info@elementsparkour.com


Special Pricing & Promotions

  • Promotions including punch cards, summer flex passes, holiday passes, clinics, and guest coaches:
    • Are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
    • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
    • No exceptions.


Tuition Adjustments & Prorating

  • Mid-month registrations will be prorated and credited by staff.
  • Monthly tuition is prorated based on the number of classes in that month, unless it's your second or third discounted class, in which case the flat monthly rate applies.
  • If a holiday or scheduled closure reduces class count below four, tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
  • For weather-related closures, a make-up token will be issued.


Apparel Policy

  • All apparel sales are final.
